This program is 6 weeks long. However, you can redo the program multiple times and get more results.
This program is for almost any skill level. I demonstrate every movement with a video.
The Semper Stronger Foundation is a Texas-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that was created to make this country’s heroes whole again. With your help, we will provide injured service members, veterans, and first responders a better quality of life.

You will need a set of moderate-size kettlebells. You should be able to push press those bells overhead for at least 3-5 reps.
This is a 6-week, three times a week program. Each workout should take between 30-50 minutes depending on the size bell.
Yes! This program is designed to be repeated. At the end of the 6 weeks, you can repeat the program with heavier kettlebells and get even stronger.
