Want to get crazy strong and crush pr's across the board in just 12 weeks without feeling beat up & burned out?
You want to get stronger.
You want to rep out with weights that used to be your 1 rep max.
You want to slide more and more 45’s on the bar with each passing training block.
You want to crush PR’s and reach ever improving levels of strength.
The question you’re faced with is HOW do you make all this happen?
How do YOU get stronger?
You could try adding 5lbs to each lift every week.
But that won’t work.
If it did, everyone would be a certified savage.
And you’ll eventually slide a 5lb plate on the bar which is 5lbs too many.
You could try the “grind harder” approach.
Which might get you somewhere.
But relying solely on this approach is more likely to land you with nagging injuries and rock bottom energy levels.
So what options do you have left?
Well, one option is to follow a program with the perfect blend of science, experience, and real world testing.
A program that handles all the variables required to get you absurdly strong in just 12 weeks.
A program that rewards your hard work with PR’s and gains across the board.
We both know you’ve followed programs before.
And if you’re skeptical right now I don’t blame you.
But I will stake my reputation on the results Strength Bound delivers for you.
The strength wave approach in the programming provides the ideal combination of momentum and challenge to bring out maximum strength levels.
The volume is specifically dosed to ensure you make progress without feeling like you’ve been hit by a train.
The mobility flows keep you loose instead of the typical cinder block-like mobility you have with other strength programs.
Put simply, Strength Bound gets you savagely strong in 12 weeks without the typical downsides to strength training.
Sign up today, get instant access, and I promise you will not regret it when the PRs start rolling in.

Testimonials
“Amazing value and bang for your buck!
The new Strength Bound program from the Semper Stronger team is a GREAT way to build all-around strength. The program is built on a strong foundation of barbell lifts with really great kettlebell and bodyweight movements mixed in to challenge your muscles and keep you excited. One of my favorite things about it is that the program cycles through light, medium, and heavy weeks.
Amazing value and bang for your buck!”
